charmed by this hotel's perfection!

kind staff gluten-free options walkable location

Everything at this location was just perfect! the staff were very kind and helpful. They were wonderful. breakfast offered a lovely variety, including gluten-free options. also, the location made most places very walkable.

The public parking nearby was always full! i needed to wait about 30 minutes for a space to become available. A bit of a hassle!

The staff was cute. the location was excellent. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. hotel umbrellas were available from reception. This was useful on a rainy day.

I paid for a privilege room. It felt smaller than advertised. i felt the room smelled of cigarette smoke. i was offered a larger regular room, but it was great.

decent pressure comfortable bed welcome pastries

the shower had decent pressure and good temperature control. the bed felt very comfortable, almost like my own at home. i liked the pastries in the room when i arrived, that was a nice touch.

the gym had limited equipment.

I stayed for several nights and found the location very convenient, quite near the central train station. the staff was helpful. I especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. breakfast offered a wide selection with fresh options. the hotel was impeccably clean.

i was really disappointed with my privilege room. it was smaller than advertised. i also found the staff's explanation about room sizes to be inconsistent and unhelpful. it smelled like cigarette smoke one night and .
